This website is operated by DMK Service Solutions Limited (“DMK”), a limited liability company registered in England under Company Number 06832024 at Grenville House, 4 Grenville Avenue, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire EN10 7DH.  The VAT registration number for DMK is 947519877. Use of this website constitutes agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions, together with the privacy policy for the website.  Together these terms and the privacy policy govern the relationship between you and DMK.  

The Terms and conditions under which the Products are offered for sale on this website are set out below.  By ticking the “I have read and agree to the Terms” box in the order form and submitting the order, you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms.

2.1.     The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

2.2.     Neither DMK nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2.3.     Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

2.4.     This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

  1. 3.       Pricing

All prices are in £ sterling inclusive of VAT and are subject to change from time to time.  The price you pay will be the price shown for the product at the time of ordering. 

A standard delivery charge for posting and packaging of £2.99 including VAT will be added to your order during the checkout process.

  1. 4.       Placing your Order

When you place your order it will normally be treated as an offer to buy.  An automated email confirming your order will be sent including an order number.  You will be advised via email when your part has been dispatched. 

  1. 5.       Payment

All payments made through our website on the internet will be made through Sage Pay or PayPal. Both are well known secure payment service providers.

Payment will be taken at the point of ordering.

  1. 6.       Delivery & Estimated Times

We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all parts within 1 working day of receipt of your order.  If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.

Goods will normally be despatched by Royal Mail but DMK may at its absolute discretion use other carriers from time to time.  DMK has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund

Royal Mails policy for lost letters and parcels as published from time to time will apply to items which have not arrived within the expected time. 

  1. 7.       Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched for a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched then please see below for our returns policy.

  1. 8.       Returns Policy

8.1.    Part(s) incorrectly ordered or no longer required.

You may return incorrect or unwanted item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding any postage costs, if it complies with our returns policy.  

You may, without giving any reasons, withdraw your order from the date of the receipt of the order confirmation up until 14 days from the receipt of the Product. Such withdrawal shall be made in written form (e.g. letter or e-mail).  You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and we recommend you obtain proof of posting as you are responsible for the returned goods until we receive them. 

If the return falls outside of this period, or the item has been fitted, damaged, not in its original packaging or the original packaging is damaged we will be unable to accept the return and cannot give a refund.  In some cases the item(s) may have needed to be opened to view the product, this must have been done so in a way without damaging the packaging in a way making it un-sealable and re-saleable.

Any signs of wear or parts being fitted will result in refusal of your return.

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) is defective. You are responsible for goods until they reach us; we are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit during return .

  Part(s) Damaged or Defective

8.1.1.  For damaged in transit or defective goods you should notify DMK in writing as soon as practicable (e.g. letter or email) and if possible include a photograph(s) of the damaged or defective product.

8.1.2.  You have the right to return goods damaged in transit to you or defective goods for a period of 30 days from receipt and receive a full refund.  Returned products are inspected and a full refund made if the goods are defective. Costs incurred to return the item to us will be reimbursed if the item is deemed to be faulty.

8.1.3.  After 30 days from receipt of the goods and before the expiry of 6 months from receipt you have the right to return faulty goods for replacement or refund at the discretion of DMK.  Part(s) returned due to being faulty will be refunded or replacement goods will be sent.

8.1.4.  In either case, and at the absolute discretion of DMK, we may waive the requirement to return the damaged part(s) and ask for photos to determine whether to make a refund or replacement as may be applicable.

8.1.5.  DMK will not refund or replace goods that have been damaged during fitting or as a result of being fitted incorrectly.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are fitted by a suitably knowledgeable person using appropriate tools. 

 

8.2.    Returns Procedure

In order to return an item you need to first notify DMK either in writing or via the telephone of the reason for the return of goods.   

Make sure you pack the item in its original packaging and place into a postal bag, envelope or box. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Your return should be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for return.      

We suggest that you send your item(s) via a traceable means. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for goods until they reach us; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns sent without an order number may not be processed or be accepted.

8.3.    Refunds

Once we receive your return we will process it as quickly as possible. Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned product is inspected by our returns team and it is confirmed that it meets our return policy rules and conditions.

The quality check can take up to 14 days during busy periods but generally takes less. Once your return has been approved we will make a refund to the card used to pay for the product originally.

8.4.    Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not exchange products due to logistics and processing issues.

  1. 9.       Safety Information

Safety first - avoid injury!  Replacing parts should only be undertaken by suitably trained persons.  We strongly recommend and encourage all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

  1. 10.   Disclaimer

All reference to manufacturers' names or models or part numbers and any depiction by photographs or drawings are solely for reference and identification purposes. There is no connection or endorsement implied with the original manufacturer.

DMK shall not be liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part purchased. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.

DMK have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being dispatched.

All product details and compatibility information is believed to be correct at the time of writing. We shall not be responsible for the inaccuracy of product details and compatibility of any part(s) purchased. If a product has been ordered on an incorrect product description we will process a refund upon the return of the item.

  1. 11.   Governing Law

These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the sole jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.  These terms and conditions apply in concert and in addition to any statutory and/or regulatory provisions including but not limited to regulations governing distance selling and e-trading.

  1. 12.   Severability and Waiver

Should any clause or part-clause of these terms and conditions be held to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be struck out and the remainder of the terms & conditions remain and be interpreted so as to give lawful effect of the intent of any struck out provision.  Should DMK at its absolute discretion delay or otherwise refrain from applying any term and/or condition this shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to apply such term and/or condition subsequent to the delay.
